Magistrates, Judges and Traffic Commissioners sometimes get it wrong. That is why there is a system for appeals. If you think the convicting court was wrong in finding you guilty, or that the sentence was too harsh, or that the court was wrong in the way it applied the law, we can advise you upon an appeal against such decisions.
We have been very successful in appealing to the Transport Tribunal against Traffic Commissioners’ decisions, and we can advise you about the merits of your case if you are thinking about making an appeal. We have also taken cases on appeal to the Court of Appeal.
We can also assist with appeals to the Crown Court from the Magistrates' Courts in relation to driving related offences. This is the the most common type of appeal that we deal with.
Appeals can be costly but for expert advice and help, please call us on
