Anton Balkitis
Anton heads the Road Traffic and Transport Law Team and deals with regulatory compliance issues daily.
He is an experienced Advocate defending drivers and goods /
passenger operators in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts and
at Public Inquiries.
He also deals with Coroner's Inquests and conducts his own Appeals
against Sentence.

Lucy Wood
Lucy frequently deals with multiple operator licensing matters, assisting large operators with the re-organisation of their licences.
Lucy also regularly represents operators at Public Inquiries and drivers at Driver Conduct Hearings before Traffic Commissioners.
Like Anton, Lucy also deals with a range of prosecutions including Drivers' Hours, Record Keeping and Construction & Use.
In addition, Lucy also frequently represents at VOSA investigations
and is a regular in Magistrates' Courts, representing motorists.
She also has expertise in the
implementation of the Carriers' Liability provisions.
Marie Cooper
Marie is able to offer assistance with queries relating to driving offences and operator licensing requirements. She has experience in drafting statements in mitigation and often attends court and public inquiries. Marie assists the solicitors throughout the department and is happy to provide advice.

Robert Reid
Rob is an experienced law graduate with over 30 years experience in road traffic matters. Rob will be pleased to give advice on all aspects of traffic and transport law including licence, vehicle and driver enquiries.
Rob also regularly assists international road freight operators and drivers with Customs and UK border Agency cases.
John Buchanan
John advises Transport clients, including owner operators and PLC's on Employment Law
John deals with issues ranging from discrimination in the workplace to business acquisitions and terms and conditions of employment.
John also advises clients in relation to disciplinary/suspension/grievance procedures, termination of employment and TUPE.
John also regularly presents at seminars, workshops and training events and has considerable advocacy experience.
Daniel Harley
Daniel deals with a wide range of transport-related commercial and contractual disputes.
Daniel handles matters involving warehousing, distribution and carriage of goods generally.
His contentious work undertaken includes work for insurers, cargo-owners, hauliers, logistic providers and freight forwarders in CMR cases.
Beth Jinks
Beth handles a wide range of claims ranging from road traffic accidents to multiple injury claims on behalf of Road Transport clients
Beth also has knowledge of workplace laws applicable to accidents at work claims and deals with Health & Safety matters for our hauliers etc
Beth has particular expertise in claims and insurance cases.
